GFDD hosts cocktail
for Dominican businessmen in New York City

On May 23, 2006, Global Foundation for Democracy and Development hosted a
cocktail for Dominican businessmen in New York City. The event is part of
GFDD purpose to network with the Dominican Diaspora in the Big Apple, and
to build strategic alliances for sustainable development both in the
Dominican Republic and abroad, where Dominican communities are
established.
Mrs. Natasha Despotovic, Executive Director of GFDD, welcomed all guests,
some of them owners of supermarkets around the NYC area, and presented the
office and staff, as well as showing a video about GFDD and the
Portal
Dominicanaonline.org.
