Global Media Arts Institute presents Conference on the Audiovisual Market
GFDD/ FUNGLODE's Global Media Arts Institute will host a conference titled "National Film: Shared funds; diversity and co-production in the audiovisual market". This conference will take place February 9th, 2007 in the FUNGLODE headquarters in Santo Domingo and is in collaboration with the Cuban International Film and Television School (EICTV for its name in Spanish). Some of the speakers in the conference will be: Julio Garcia Espinosa, EICTV Director; Orlando Senna, Ministry of Culture of Brazil; Maria Lourdes Cortés, CINERGIA Director, among others. This event is part of many projects within the Global Media Arts Institute with the purpose of bringing the latest information and courses on cinematography to the film lovers in the Dominican Republic.
