Howard J. Wiarda, Director of the Department for International Affairs at the University of Georgia dictated the course "Cultural Tradition and Politics in Latin America " directed to professionals and students interested in international relations and political and social sciences. The course was dictated for two days, from May 3rd to 4th, and it was delivered at FUNGLODE's headquarters in Santo Domingo . |

The course counted with the participation of 15 dynamic students and it was ended with an open to the public Conference on May 5 th . President Fernandez and other high level representatives from the private and public sectors attended the event.
