"XXIII Model of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States for Universities (MOEA)" launched in Santo Domingo.

The Organization of American States (OAS), the Ministry of Higher Education, (SEESCyT for its acronym in Spanish), the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (ANURD,) Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE,) and Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) launched the "XXIII Model of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States for Universities (MOEA)".

Cheng Siwei, Vice President of the National Congress of the People's Republic of China, speaking on "China and Latin America and the Caribbean: A Promising Future" on the tenth lecture of the Organization of American States (OAS)'s Lecture Series of the Americas.
