Baseball Legends to Tee Off at the 23rd Annual GFDD Golf Tournament in New York

New York, NY – July 15, 2025 – The Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) is thrilled to announce the XXIII GFDD Golf Tournament, set to take place on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the prestigious Harrison Meadows Country Club, located at 123 North Street, Harrison, NY.

This year’s tournament promises to be an unforgettable day of golf, networking, and giving back capped off with an elegant Awards Dinner. We are honored to welcome two Dominican baseball legends and Hall of Famers, Albert Pujols and Juan Marichal, as our very special guests.

The GFDD Golf Tournament has become a premier tradition, bringing together business leaders, philanthropists, and sports fans to support the Foundation’s mission of promoting sustainable development, education, and democratic values in the Dominican Republic and the broader Caribbean region.

Participation in the tournament requires a foursome contribution of $3,500, which includes tournament entry, access to the awards dinner, and the opportunity to meet and mingle with sports icons and community leaders alike.
