GFDD and FUNGLODE to Participate in XIII IDB Civil Society Meeting in Colombia

GFDD and FUNGLODE will be participating in an important IDB event in Cali, Colombia on November 14-15, which gives civil society organizations (CSOs) from Latin America and the Caribbean an open platform for constructive dialogue to address issues of common concern.

The agenda has been designed with the collaboration of the Civil Society Consulting Groups (ConSOCs) to reflect the diversity of interests of CSOs and their important role in the process of
development and integration of Latin America and the Caribbean.

In addition to IDB and Civil Society, the forum will provide an opportunity to hear from distinguished scholars, community leaders, and entrepreneurs on their experiences, best practices and methodologies. Focus will be placed in the areas of civil society strengthening, transparency, education, technology, public safety, and climate change, among others.

The event, represented by
GFDD’s New York Office Director and FUNGLODE’s Formative Activities Director, Yamile Eusebio, will take place at the Centro de Eventos, Valle del Pacíficol Calle 15 #26 – 120 , Autopista Cali ,Yumbo.
