Dominican Film La Montaña Is Presented before an Enthusiastic Audience at PLAFF 2014
October 8, 2014 - Dominican film La Montaña successfully screened at the Providence Latin American Film Festival (PLAFF), event that took place on October 2 to 5, 2014 in Providence, Rhode Island. The film projection had the collaboration of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD). The production captured the attention of the public, who remained responsive during the film that beautifully documents the adventureof the first Dominican expedition to reach the summit of Mount Everest in Nepal. October 7, 2014 - In appreciation of the valuable work carried out during the IV edition of the Dominican Republic Environmental Film Festival (DREFF), which was held in 10 cities across the country from September 10-14, 2014, GFDD-FUNGLODE hosted a party to the youth who participated as volunteers.
