InteRDom Travels to Michigan for International FairsOctober 20, 2014
In an effort to bring opportunities in the Dominican Republic to a larger audience throughout the United States, InteRDom is excited to be participating for the first time in two back-to-back fairs at Michigan universities; the Global Opportunities Fair at Michigan State University on October 22nd, 2014, and the International Opportunities Fair at the University of Michigan on October 23rd, 2014.
Formerly limited mainly to the east coast in its promotional efforts, the program is enthusiastic to be reaching new audiences and bringing knowledge of the Caribbean and all it has to offer to other parts of the country.

InteRDom will be one of more than 40+ and 60+ organizations represented at each fair, with roughly 500 students and alumni expected to be in attendance.
These fairs will be some of the biggest for InteRDom this year, and representatives are looking forward to making connections with students and discussing their internship interests and how they would benefit from an international experience in the Dominican Republic.
InteRDom, an initiative of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundación Global Democracia y
Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), is the premier internship, research and academic study program in the Dominican Republic. It offers international students the opportunity to research important topics at the forefront of the United Nations agenda, obtain professional experience by interning with Dominican organizations and businesses related to their fields of study and/or earn academic credits by taking courses and seminars at a
