  • Exhibition of Book New Perspectives: Dominican Republic Opens in Independence Park

    Global Foundation for Democracy (GFDD) and its sister institution in Santo Domingo, Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, inaugurated the photography exhibition, “New Perspectives of the Dominican Republic” The photo expo, being held in Santo Domingo’s Independence Park, will be on display until June 30.

  • InteRDom Adds CAEI to its Internship Offering

    The Internship Program, InteRDom, is adding the Dominican Republic Sugar Industry Consortium to its internship offering for this year. Positions will be available to students of engineering, agriculture and chemistry.

  • DRGFF Participates in 2009 Tribeca Film Festival

    Representatives of the Dominican Republic Global Film Festival (DRGFF), an initiative of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), attended the eighth edition of the Tribeca Film Festival (TFF) in New York City, in order to identify quality films for the 2009 edition of DRGFF that will take place this November.
