Dominican Republic Global Film Festival introduces New Features
Excitement is mounting for the 4th edition of the Dominican Republic Global Film Festival (DRGFF), which this year takes place November 16 through 21. The Festival, which has taken place annually in various cities around the Dominican Republic since 2006, is a week-long showcase of the best new feature films, shorts and documentaries from around the world.

Jury Begins Evaluating 50 Entries for Second Annual Short Film Competition
The jury for the II Short Film Competition of the Dominican Republic Global Film Festival began its selection of the 11 finalists among whom they will choose three winners. The final verdict will be announced at the closure of this year’s Festival on Sunday November 21st.

Youth Delegates from the Dominican Republic host Side-Event on Youth Activism at their Permanent Mission to the United Nations
The event counted with the participation of Youth Delegates from over 20 countries, with the purpose of engaging in intercultural dialogue and discussing youth activism from viewpoints around the world.
