GFDD Inaugural Press Conference with Members of the New York Area Press
Members of the Spanish-speaking New York metropolitan area press, along with the diplomatic corps, joined Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) executives and staff, for its inaugural press conference. The focus of the press conference was to bring to light the Foundation’s work. The event, which included brunch, was held at the Roger Smith Hotel in Manhattan.

President of Dominican Republic Delights in Aerial Photos Depicting The Country
Dr. Leonel Fernandez, President of the Dominican Republic and Honorary President of GFDD and FUNGLODE, on a trip to the United States to attend the United Nations General Assembly, took the opportunity to visit the photo exhibit “New Perspectives: Dominican Republic”, an initiative of GFDD and FUNGLODE, located at the City University of New York (CUNY) until October 31.
