GFDD and FUNGLODE Participate in Discussions With the Friends of the Inter-American Democratic Charter
Representatives from several NGOs of the Region, including GFFD and FUNGLODE, as well as Ambassadors from Uruguay, Colombia, Canada, Venezuela and the US gathered to discuss the need to reinforce aspects of the Inter-American Democratic Charter and strengthen the education of the Charter among the member countries.

Closing of Seventh Conference Dominican Republic Model United Nations in New York (NYDRMUN 2011)
The United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (UNA-DR), in collaboration with Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), and its sister institution in the US, the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD), formally closed its Seventh Conference Dominican Republic Model United Nations in New York (NYDRMUN 2011) at the GA, UN Headquarters in New York City.
