  • Dominican Youth Gather to Help Resolve Current Global Issues in Collaboration with the UN

    On March 21-25, 2013, GFDD and FUNGLODE in partnership with the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (UNA-DR), a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to support the work of the United Nations, will be welcoming over 400 Dominican students to New York City. They will meet to participate in the ninth edition of the Dominican Republic Model United Nations (NYDRMUN) which will take place at the Convention Center of Hilton Hotel.

    On Wednesday, February 21, the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (UNADR), in association with Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE) and its sister organization in the United States, the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD), inaugurated the third annual Dominican Model of the Inter-American System (MODOSI
